An Analysis of Soil Erosion on Construction Sites in Megacities Using Analytic Hierarchy Process

The highly intensive construction activities in the process of urbanization have led to risk soil loss, which is due disturbance on soil; this makes more vulnerable erosion by rain and other factors, thus causing loss urban drainage pipe network or river channels around city. This affected both natural human factors. Based engineering experience existing research, 13 influencing factors were identified classified into four dimensions: Natural Conditions (NC), Construction Activities (CA), Conservation Measures (CM) Management (MM). Fifteen experts from Shanghai, Guangzhou Zhengzhou, three main cities China, invited assess weight each factor through pairwise comparison. analytic hierarchy process, evaluation model sites megacities was established, determined.
